ZeroContact Roadmap 2026: From Notifications to Infrastructure

What's coming to ZeroContact in 2026. From Android support to API access and beyond—see where we're headed.

ZeroContact started with a simple mission: get form notifications to phones instantly.

That core mission hasn't changed. But what we can build on top of it has grown significantly.

Here's what's coming in 2026.

Already Shipped ✅

Q4 2025 - Foundation

  • iOS app with push notifications
  • 5-channel simultaneous delivery (Push, LINE, Slack, Discord, Email)
  • QR code client onboarding
  • Webhook processing < 500ms
  • Agency dashboard with form management

Coming Q1 2026 🚀

Android App

Currently iOS-only. Android app is in development.

Timeline: Early February 2026 Features:
  • Full feature parity with iOS
  • Material Design 3 interface
  • Same QR onboarding flow
  • Push notification via FCM

Action Buttons

One-tap response directly from notification.

Coming buttons:
  • 📞 Call Back - Tap to call the lead
  • 📧 Reply - Open email with pre-filled template
  • Mark as Handled - Archive the submission
  • 🔄 Snooze - Remind me in 30 minutes

No more opening the app just to get the phone number.

Submission History Sync

Currently, submissions live on the device. Coming: cloud sync.

What this enables:
  • See history across devices
  • Export submissions
  • Search past leads
  • Team visibility (with permission)

Coming Q2 2026 🔧

Response Time Analytics

Track how fast your team responds.

Metrics we'll show:
  • Average response time
  • Response time by team member
  • Comparison to industry benchmarks
  • Heat map by time of day

Agencies can use this data to:

  • Report to clients ("Your team responds in 3.2 minutes on average")
  • Identify improvement areas
  • Set and track SLAs

Team Management

Currently one user per form token. Coming: teams.

Features:
  • Multiple team members per form
  • Round-robin notification routing
  • Acknowledgment tracking (who saw it first)
  • Coverage schedules (who's on call)

API Access

For agencies building custom integrations.

Endpoints:
  • Create/manage forms
  • Retrieve submission history
  • Trigger test notifications
  • Manage team members

Rate limits appropriate for agency use (not enterprise).

Coming Q3-Q4 2026 📈

Smart Routing

Not just "notify everyone." Notify the right person.

Routing options:
  • By geography (closest office)
  • By form type (sales vs support)
  • By time (office hours vs after hours)
  • By load (least busy team member)

White Label

Agency branding instead of ZeroContact.

What gets white-labeled:
  • App name and icon (custom)
  • Notification sender name
  • Dashboard branding
  • Client-facing emails

Make it look like your product.

Zapier/Make Integration

For agencies who want webhook-in AND webhook-out.

Use cases:
  • ZeroContact triggers Zapier workflow
  • Form submission → CRM update
  • Notification sent → Log to Google Sheets

Complements existing webhook functionality.

On the Radar (2027+) 🔮

Voice Response AI

Experimental: AI that answers calls when team is unavailable.

  • "Hi, I received your inquiry. How can I help?"
  • Collects information
  • Schedules callback
  • Notifies team with transcript

Early exploration phase.

Multi-Tenant Enterprise

For large organizations with multiple sub-accounts.

  • Parent/child account hierarchy
  • Consolidated billing
  • Cross-account analytics
  • SSO integration

Currently focused on agencies/SMBs. Enterprise will come later.

What We're NOT Building

Focus is as important as features. Here's what we're avoiding:

❌ Complex Automation

We're not building Zapier. If you need complex workflows, use Zapier + ZeroContact webhook.

❌ Form Builder

We're not building another Contact Form 7. Use your existing form builder.

❌ CRM Features

We're not tracking lead stages, deals, or sales pipelines. Use a CRM for that.

❌ Marketing Automation

We're not sending email campaigns or nurture sequences. Use Mailchimp/HubSpot.

ZeroContact does one thing: instant notifications. We do it extremely well.

How We Prioritize

Feature requests come from:

  • Things we need ourselves (we use ZeroContact)
  • Repeated customer requests
  • Competitive gaps
  • Technical capabilities we've already built

If you want something on this roadmap, email feedback@zerocontact.dev.

The Vision

Year 1 (2025): Foundation

  • Launch iOS app
  • Prove the 2-second notification works
  • Validate agency business model

Year 2 (2026): Expansion

  • Android parity
  • Team features
  • API for integrations
  • Analytics for insights

Year 3 (2027): Infrastructure

  • White label for agencies
  • Enterprise features
  • AI-powered response
  • International expansion

We're building notification infrastructure, not just an app.

Conclusion

2026 is about making ZeroContact indispensable for agencies.

Android. Action buttons. Analytics. API. Teams.

Everything we build serves the same goal: help you respond to leads faster.

Watch this space. We're just getting started.
